NEW PRE-TEEN GROUP THERAPY AGES
11-13!!
Middle school and early teen years bring many new experiences and challenges. Our group offers a safe, supportive space for teens to connect with peers going through similar situations.
Treatment will focus on practical strategies to help teens:
- Learn healthy coping strategies to manage and navigate challenging situations and emotions
- Increase healthy communication
- Build confidence and increase self-esteem
Group therapy is a great way for teens to learn that they are not alone, develop healthy coping skills, and gain support in a welcoming group setting. Fees for this group will be billed through your insurance.
Details:
- When: Wednesdays at 5:30 PM - 6:30PM every other week (starting September 16th, 2026 and ending on December 9th, 2026)
- Where: In-person 221 W. Main Street Luray, VA 22835
- Spots: Limited spaces available (8 people max)
