EMDR
What is EMDR?
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It’s a type of therapy that helps people heal from hard or upsetting experiences, like trauma, anxiety, or stress. During EMDR, you think about a difficult memory while following gentle back-and-forth movements (like watching something move side to side). This helps your brain process the memory in a new, less upsetting way.
EMDR can be done in person or through telehealth and is a safe, effective way to feel better and move forward.

Play Therapy
What is Play Therapy?
Play Therapy is a special type of therapy that helps children express their thoughts and feelings through play. Since kids often don’t have the words to explain what’s bothering them, toys, art, and games become their way of communicating. In a safe and supportive space, play therapy can help children work through tough experiences like trauma, anxiety, or big life changes.
It’s a gentle and effective approach that helps children heal, grow, and feel more in control—available in person only with caregiver support.

PBT-PSB
What Is Phase-Based Treatment for Problematic Sexual Behaviors (PBT-PSB)?
PBT-PSB is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps children who are showing sexual behaviors that are not typical for their age. This treatment is designed to support both the child and their caregivers through three main phases: building safety and structure, understanding the behaviors, and creating healthy coping and relationship skills.
This approach helps children heal from underlying issues, learn appropriate boundaries, and supports families in building trust, safety, and strong communication. Treatment is respectful, non-shaming, and focused on helping children grow in healthy and positive ways.
